Cara Penyediaan:</h4>

<li style="line-height: 20px;">Ayak tepung gandum, serbuk koko, tepung jagung dan baking powder di dalam mangkuk dan ketepikan.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Dengan menggunakan mixer, putar mentega bersama gula kastor dan vinegar sehingga putih dan kembang. Anggaran dalam 3-4 minit.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Masukkan pula telur, esen vanilla dan pewarna merah kemudian pukul sebati.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan akhir sekali masukkan separuh white chocolate chip. Separuh lagi digunakan untuk hiasan sebelum dibakar.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Sudukan doh menggunakan ice ceram scoop di atas dukang yang dilapik dengan kertas minyak. Kalau tak ada ice cream scoop sudu pun boleh cuma saiz harus sekata supaya waktu masak adalah sama.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Masukkan doh yang sudah di scoop tadi ke dalam peti ais selama 15 minit. Ini adalah supaya biskut tidak terlalu nipis dan melebar apabila dibakar.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Bakar pada suhu 160°C selama 9-11 minit. Masa adalah bergantung pada saiz oven dan jenis oven anda.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Angkat dan sejukkan biskut di atas redai. Biskut memang lembut apabila baru masak dan panas, tetapi akan mengeras di waktu proses penyejukan.</li>
<li style="line-height: 20px;">Simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara apabila sudah sejuk sepenuhnya</li>
